Tish comes from a long line of horsemen. Her training career began at the age of 17 where she worked out of her parents facility in Ohio schooling Morgans, Saddlebreds, and what is now her specialty, Arabians and Half-Arabians. Tish later moved to Canton, GA where she spent the next 15 years working for Vicki Humphrey. Tish was named Saddle Seat Female Trainer of the year in 2002 and has been nominated every year since. In 2008, she opened Showtime Training Center along with Carla Schiltz and was also named “Totally Tops ” trainer in the English division the same year.
Carla has worked in the Arabian horse industry for over 17 years. Prior to joining Showtime Training Center in 2008 , Carla spent her years working with nationally known trainers such as Rick Gault, Gordon and Wendy Potts, and Greg Harris. She also ran a very successful business in WA state along with her sister Kristen. Together they trained multiple national and regional champions along with having a successful youth/amateur program.
Jose Camacho joins the Showtime team just in time for the new year! Jose has worked in the Arabian industry for many years and has had the opportunity to learn from some of the best, Stachowski Farms and Vicki Humhrey Training Center to name a few. Jose is one of the best we’ve seen with the young horses and is a stand out in the show ring as well. His talent and ability will be a huge asset to Showtime and we couldn’t be more excited to have him!
